You are looking at an early 1970\'s era Sony F-81 Dynamic cardioid mic with original desk stand and cable.
This mic has a warm, Low impedance setting with a very strong signal and would be perfect for recording and broadcasting purposes. This is on par with any Shure 545 or E.V 635A. It sounds that nice.
The cosmetic condition of this Sony mic is very good with just a few signs of wear. This all metal design microphonehas a couple nicks as seen in the pics provided.
The front grill looks fantastic and free of any wear. Included is the original mic cover that snaps into place to protect the mic when not in use. A nice little bonus. The original stand provides a nice platform and can be taken off if needed? The joint mechanism works perfectly allowing for a wide degree of tilt as well.
The measurements on this mic are appx 5 inches tall X 2 inches wide. The paint has a nice flat grey finish and the entire unit is solid with no loose or missing parts and the cable is 5 feet in length, soft and pliable. Comes with the original 1/4 inch connector for use with most modern audio equipment and amplifiers. This is aquality,unique and affordable mic that\'s guaranteed to give you rich full sound.
