I bought this curling bar about 40 years ago. I don\'t think I used it more than once or twice when I first got it! Since then it\'s been moved around many times but has been free of weight plates! It had some light surface rust but it cleaned up very well with a Brillo pad. There are still a few tiny spots along the bar and a rust spot at the end (see red arrow) where it touched the floor during the several years it spent leaning against the wall in my garage. That being said, I\'d still consider the condition to be very good.

It measures about 46-5/8\" long, is 1\" in diameter and weighs about 11 lbs. 9 oz. It has two lock rings with knurled and threaded snuggers. The bar ends (plate area) are stepped slightly to prevent the locks from slipping.

I don\'t remember who made the bar and it doesn\'t appear to have any maker\'s marks. Note:
