Cool art sculpture of metal, about 2 pounds, measures about 9 1/4\" tall and about 9\" long, and there is rust and tarnish spotting on top side of base, but I think it was done like this and is not damage. Blue felt on bottom...not sure if there is signature under felt or not. Cool piece!
