1974 clown head with skirt designed to go on a helium tank/cylinder to fill balloons thru the mouth.It\'s very much able to be used for that and fits a 200 -300 size tank however you can make it work for the smaller tanks like the 80 size or 122 size.I placed it on a water dispenser to take the first 2 pics for you so you can see how big it stands when on a tank.this can also be used for decor or collectible or use your mind. As you can see in the pictures the clown head could use touch up paint or be sanded down and repainted to your liking Paint is peeling in some spots. the skirt is in pretty good shape could maybe use a good spray down and cleaning...I Did clean off some dust that was on it from storage.the possibilities with this are unlimited and can be used for so much carnivals,parties,parades,home decor,entertainment company\'s,and so on.I truly appreciate your business and will ship same day for you!Please leave positive response for me after you receive the clown.Thanks Again!!
