You are buying a vintage Presidents of the United States Commerative Covers and Historic US stamps. Album is put together by the West Port Collectors Society 1977. Album is in pristine condition there are no holes, rips or stains. Item was bought in a estate sale and sold as it was found. All sales are final. There are no Returns or Partial returns. Shipping is 8.00 in the US.
