This is a vintage & hard to find talking pull-string Smurfs toy. It is marked on the back underneath pull-string, Wallace Berrie & Co. 1983, Copyright Peyo. The face is a darker color than the rest of the body for some reason, there are some scuffs & a few places where some of the paint has worn off, and the string is darkened. However, it still works great. Just pull the string and his face moves up and down to look like his mouth and eyes are moving while saying different phrases. It measures 7\" in height. Awesome collector\'s item!
