Up for offer is a vintage 1995 Gilroy GarlicFestival Custom Hand Designed Mad Hatter Garlic Theme Hat in excellent overallcondition (see PICs). The hat measures 8 1/2\" tall with the brim down withan 11\" diameter green brim and a 7 1/2\" diameter upper part that\'s 61/2\" tall (see PICs). This is a white/green heavy canvas USA made \'The MadHot Hatter\' hat from Trinidad Colorado that was custom designed by M & MHatter at the annual Gilroy Garlic Festival in July 1995 and is titled\"Garlic Powered #17\" (see PICs). This well preserved custom handdesigned hat is pre-owned and does show some light signs of use, wear and age(see PICs).
