Late 20s drop waist floral dress

WOW! This dress is stunning!!! Such a soft fabric with the most beautiful floral print in a straight & narrow cut.. yet this piece has a lot of movement! Overall this piece is in good, wearable condition, but unfortunately it isn\'t flawless: there are very light brown spots throughout the entire dress & there is some fraying of loose threads. Structurally this dress is sound & the damage it does suffer from is hard to see from a distance.
