Great vintage French 8\" hammered copper sauce pan w/New Mauviel Stainless Steel Lid. Lid is Stainless not copper/tin. Lid has been notched to fit the pan - see picture # 2. Lined with hand wiped tin. The tin in very good condition, see pictures # 4, 5 & 6. This pan was manufactured by Mauviel, based on the fact the large rivetsthat are numbered, the style of the long cast iron handle and the light planishing of the thick copper. It is unmarkedbecause it was not made for export. I just received a number of these pans from myfriend in the Paris, France area. The pan measures 8\" in diameter by 4.5\" high with a 10.5\" handle. Well made pan weighs 7.6 pounds. It\'s getting harder and harder to find these 3mm pans. Let me know if you have any questions. I have over 390 copper cookware listings in my store.
