It appears to be hand painted, but I have no way to verify this.It has a bumpy shaft and the top is shaped like a Mallard Duck! It has a rubber stopper on the end.It measures about 36.5in tall and about 5.5in long at the top.It is in good condition, There are some scuffs and scratches and small paint chips but overall it looks good.
