I ship mostly Priority Mail as it is quicker. ParcelSelect may be a few cents cheaper, but Priority Mail is the way to go. I also ship First Class and Media Mail. My shipping charges are for shipping, the weight includes the box, packing material and the item, plus my .50 cent handling fee. I try to be as close as possible on my shipping. If you claim an item has arrived damage, I will request pictures of the item and the box. I now take pictures of not only the item, but the boxes after I package them. I was almost ripped off by a seller for $75.00 making a false claim with PayPal, thank God she was caught. Selling on is not my livelihood. Sparky Joseph died February 24, 2006, I continue to do to defray the cost of feeding and catching feral cats to transport them to a very good dairy farm in New Bethlehem, Pa. I am now retired, and make doing as an enjoyable part of my retirement after working 31 years in county government, the last 17 years as Director of Veterans Affairs for Lawrence County, PA. now offers us sellers protection and it is about time.
