From a Connecticut Estate sale comes this Vintage 5” Tall PAPIER MACHE POPEYE FIGURE.

I\'m uncertain if this is home-made or was a commercial product but it doesn\'t have any maker\'s name on it.

As shown, it has a painted on pipe at the mouth and anchors on the base. This is in very good condition but does have some wear at different parts of the figure.
