Old set of 6 glass Hoosier jars which came from a farmhouse hoosier cabinet in Northeast PA. 4 of the jars measure 8 inches high, ribbed with spot for label and original tin lid. Some of the lids have dents from use and love. Smaller ribbed jar measures 5 inches high and one is labeled Salt with the writing in the glass and shaker top. Great old find straight from the Hoosier cupboard. Large jars are 4 inches across the bottom and the salt is 2 1/2 inches. My mother who is 93 had them displayed on top of the cabinet or on the porcelain part and they always gave the cupboard the authentic old character of a Hoosier.
