The owner of the shirt was with the XVIII Airborne Corps during the years when the Vietnam was going on. The shirt has the Airborne patch as well as the well known dragon patch of the corps.
The XVIII Airborne Corps was created in 1942 and had an extensive participation in WWII. The participation of the corps in the Vietnam conflict is not detailed on Wikipedia, which is the source of information we use in a field we are no experts, so please do your own research if you want to know more about the shirt.

The shirt is size men\'s small, 14 1/2 x 33. Actual measurements when flat: 20 1/2\" across the chest, pit to pit; 25 12\" from shoulder seam to edge of cuff; 14 1/2\" shoulder to shoulder across the front of the shirt; 29\" from collar seam to hem along the back.
