I have to stress this as some customers appear to expect immaculate items with no signs of previous use. If you are not accustomed to vintage linens then please ask questions before offerding.

Many, if not all, linens will also have a laundry mark - either in indelible ink or embroidery onto an edge or a corner. This dates the item to a time when linen was sent out of the home to be laundered. If this will be a problem for you please enquire about any laundry marks for a specific item before offerding or buying.
