You Are offerding On A Vintage Industrial 8 Loaf Hinged Bread Baking Pan With Latches. I believe this pan was made by EKCO but it is not marked. I have seen these pans listed as 4 loaf bread pans, but I saw a ECKO 4 loaf pan on and it did not have the hindged top. I believe this 8 loaf pan was used in a smaller or mobile bakery to save space. Pan is 17\" by 11 1/2\" when closed and 34\" by 11 1/2\" when opened. There are two locking tabs that work. Bread pan could use a good cleaning, my wife washed it out but I think it needs to be cleaned out with oven cleaner, but since oven cleaner is toxic and could damage the pan I did not try it. I will leave the cleaning up to someone that knows what they are doing. So don\'t wait to offer because I hardly ever list anything twice and when this item is gone, it\'s gone...Thanks for visiting with me on and have a nice day.....
