Working vintage Sankyo Auto-4X 8mm movie camera in great condition! Made in Japan by Sankyo Seiki Mfg. Lens is clear and scratch free. (Tested with new batteries - worked fine, movie camera will ship with the vintage Evereadybatteries. They are clean and in good condition - however they do not have a TYPE: Double 8mm 25ft. spool loading. OPERATION: Electric motor drive powered by four 1.5 volt pen light (AA) batteries. SHUTTER: Button release (two-step action) interlinked with meter switch, facility for remote control operation. SHOOTING SPEED: Single frame, 12, 16, 24 frames per second. LENS: Sankyo f/1.7 zoom lens from 7.5mm-30mm in focal length, zoom ratio 1: 4. ZOOM CONTROL: Auto zoom with push tab control or hand control. (Manual zoom by use of zoom ring.) VIEWFINDER: Reflex type in the optical path utilizing a half-mirror prism, affording direct viewing of the image, adjustable to +2 or -2 diopter visual correction in eye piece. (Built in split image.) PISTOL GRIP: Folding type with four cell batteries container inside. SHUTTER OPENING: 145 degrees. EXPOSURE METER: Completely automatic, high sensitivity CdS. cell electric eye exposure meter. Manual override as desired. 2.6 volt Mercury #TR112Rbattery. Shutter speed linkage 12, 16 and 24 frames per second. Film sensitivity interlock ASA 10 to 250. Diaphragm range f/1.7 to f/16. F stop indicator moving needle appears in diaphragm-indicating window on the side of the camera body.
