·Preciousmetals are described as ‘gold’ or ‘silver’.Items that are of unknown materials may be called ‘goldtone’ or‘silvertone’.

·Manyof my current items are ‘faux pearls’.These are not real or cultured pearls but beads coated to give theappearance of pearls. Due to the age of the items, there may be someunavoidable loss of this pearlescent coating. If it is obvious, or detractsfrom the appearance of the item, I will generally say so.

·Allitems are in wearable condition unless it states otherwise. Any damage or faults will be pointed out inthe description.

·Idon’t offer refunds so please check pictures and description carefully.

·Olderitems will show signs of wear commensurate with age and use and may need aclean. Metal parts of older costume jewellery will often have a little tarnishand may need polishing to restore shine and appearance.

·Isend items out as soon after payment is received as I possibly can. Itemslisted for under £10 are sent Royal Mail Second class and I obtain proof ofposting. All other items are sent by Royal Mail second-class signed forservice. This provides security for buyer and seller.

·Iam happy to post overseas: items up to £10 will be sent Standard Delivery for£5; items over £10 will be sent using a tracked service with a cost to thebuyer of £10.

·Postagecost includes packaging – generally a new padded envelope, bubble wrap etc.

·Thecoin in the photos is a UK 10p piece to give an idea of size. I have not listed lengths – check picturesand description. ‘Necklet’ for example,indicates a short necklace length. If itis really important, please ask.

·Thejewellery box is used to display some items and is not included in the sale.
