Classy cigar cutter for a watch chain, or would make an impressive pendant. It is fully Hallmarked for London 1970 by S J Rose and Son. It is 2.5cm in diameter and has stainless steel blades. It is in full working order and apart from surface marks which would polish out, is in excellent condition.
