Vintage ART DECO WOMAN Portrait GILT GOLD Pastel Drawing Carved FRAME c1930s ART:

Here is a very nice vintage pastel drawing portrait of a pretty young woman with bobbed wavy hair. The drawing in on paper and framed in its original Art Deco carved gilt gold picture frame. This drawing is similar to some drawings I sold by the Americana listed artist Richard Baldwin, and it may be by him but am not positive. the other drawing I bought with this one has theinitials RCB on it.The item measures 16 1/2 x 21 1/2 in. framed and the back rabbet of this frame is 14 x 18 in.The frame is wood with carved ares around the surround, painted on its side with black paint and on the front with gilt gold paint.The item is in good as is vintage condition with some dust under the glass and some minor nicks to the tip corners of the frame.I am showing a picture of the two drawings I bought together, I assume they were sisters. This is the only one that has a signature.This sale is for the 1 drawing on the right,NOT for both drawings. The other portrait will be listed in a separate sale. I just wanted to let you know there were two by the same artist.I would date this to the very early 1930s time period.Perfect for Art Deco,Arts & Crafts,and 1920-30s decors.
