Up for sale is a vintage 45\" by 5\" Yoruba, tribal, diviner\'s ceremonial belt/sash, from Nigeria, Africa. It\'s hand beaded in gold, turquoise, yellow, white, red, orange, and blue. It includes rabbits, elephants, and face masks. The eyes of the snake and masks are raised. A part of the belt is decorated with hand sewn, cowrie shells. The entire belt is shaped like a snake. The beaded work is done in face masks, elephants, crocodiles, rabbits, and a frog. If you look at the nose and tail area, you\'ll see that there\'s a couple of lines of bead loss. Difficult to detect. Otherwise, this belt is in excellent condition. Please take a moment to look at my other sales. I will be listing two other African belts.
