Up for sale is a Set of Fourteen (14) Vintage Airfix “Waterloo British Infantry - 1815” Toy Soldiers! These are the large 1:32 scale figures from the Military History Series Set No. 51461-9! This toy soldier set was made by Airfix in 1973! The set includes 14 figures (of the original 29 pieces) in 4 different poses made from grey-colored plastic. As shown in the photos, the figures are all in excellent condition with very little (if any) surface wear. None of the figures have been painted. This set was based on the Battle of Waterloo (June 18, 1815) where the French army under the command of Napoleon was defeated by the armies of the Seventh Coalition (a British-allied army under the command of the Duke of Wellington combined with a Prussian army under the command of Gebhard von Blücher). Unfortunately I do not have the box for the figures. This vintage Airfix 1:32 Scale “Waterloo British Infantry” toy soldier set would make a great addition to your collection!
