Up for sale we have a beautiful vintage piece. It is a 10K carved shell yellow gold cameo brooch. It is marked on the back (10 KT) with an \"S\" underneath. We are unsure of the exact year of this cameo pin. It is in good vintage condition, with light marks and some tarnish on the back. (see pictures). It is in good condition for its age. It has a beautiful shine too it. This has NOT been tested.
