Vintage Antique Nun Doll 1930s unmarked with sleeper eyes and part of rosary with the cross missing. The body is composition. She is in good condition for her age.
The doll is wearing a Black Habit & Robe. Her green eyes open and close with painted eye lashes. Her lips are painted a lovely pink.
There are two \"bumps\" on her left cheek as shown in the photographs. There is also approximately 1/4\" mark on her right cheek. Other than that she is in great shape for a doll that is almost 75 years old.
She is jointed at the shoulders, legs and head so she is a five jointed doll that does not need to be re-strung. Her hands are in good condition with a little discoloration on her hands.
The white part of her habit and collar are made of some sort of vinyl or plastic type material. The white wrap around her head and back appears to be made of gauze type fabric. There is blacks spots or the fabric has thinned around the white collar on the front as shown in the photographs.
There is are two small holes in the front of her pleated waist bottom in the front center as shown in the photograph. There is some discoloration on this area as well but is very faint.
Her original shoes are in fair condition and the socks have lost some of their elasticity but they do stay up.
She comes with the stand included.
