Beautiful mid 1800\'s tulle ribbon and velvet detail Victorian mantle. Wonderful strong shape, some small holes here and there in tulle but cannot see with all the ruffles. Missing one ribbon to tie at throat. Ribbon has become unstitched on edge of some tulle, easy restoration, although it looks wonderful just as is. Mantle has little stitched velvet circles all over tulle,they need to be ironed flat so thaey stand out again. A lovely antique gem.
