This is a beautiful Black Onyx 14k White Gold Old European Cut Diamond that weighs .25cts from the 1920\'s. The diamond is beautiful with VS clarity and H color. It has an exceptionally high table. I think its a very early Old European Cut it looks closer to a mine cut diamond from the early 1800\'s. The ring is in great condition. It is size 10 and sizable. The ring isn\'t marked but it tests 14k gold. The filigree is in great condition. I can not see any defects in this ring. An amazing piece of history. North to south it measures 15mm. East to west it measures 17mm to the end of the filigree on the shoulder. The diamond sits 5.5mm off the finger.
