This Beautiful little Composition Baby toddler doll is from the 1930\'s. Made by American Character Doll Co. This is 18\" Rare brown haired \"Chuckles\". (most were blonde) This little angel displays beautifully!!Composition limbs and head, with cloth body, beautiful original face paint, Clear brown open and close eyes with all lashes intact, open mouth with 2 upper teeth and tiny felt tongue. Her compo is in good condition with nice coloring and a lovely sheen to it. Her face does have some very light all over \"surface only\" crazing, and the paint on her arms has began to peel (SEE PHOTOS) but the composition is in good shape.She has a couple minor marks here and there (typical to age) but is in overall nice condition. She has her original
/attached RARE Light brownish auburn mohair wig that style has a nice style. Her crier box DOES work, it likely takes a little more movement however than when it was new.She is wearing a lovely Antique Dimity floral dress with pink rayon ribbon accent and matching bonnet, and an antique nylon slip underneath her dress. Original NOS (new old stock) Rayon ankle socks and ivory leatherette shoes.***THE LAST PHOTO ABOVE SHOES CHUCKLES DISPLAYED WITH A COUPLE OF HER LITTLE FRIENDS, THE DOLLS ON EACH SIDE OF CHUCKLES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE***Display ready, a wonderful doll to add to your collection. **WE VERY CAREFULLY Wrap composition dolls first in acid free paper then a lot of padding (bubble wrap, popcorn, etc) to ensure their safe arrival to their new home!Please see our other listings for TONS of vintage and antique dolls!This lovely vintage baby doll is part of a very large private collection we will be listing in

and 1950\'s. Please keep in mind,k this dates them to anywhere from 60-90 years old! Many
if not most, of the items are in remarkable condition despite their age. The owner of these dolls is now retiring and downsizing their estate, after several years of
doll collecting. The dolls are display ready unless otherwise indicated. Please read ALL
