You are looking at a Very Old small pitcher or creamer. It looks to me like ahandmade and hand painted piece of pottery. I remember it alwaysbeing in my grandmothers china cabinet and I am 71 years old. It is signed on the bottom E Radford and with number 506 QCF. T. It is approx. 4\" tall and 11\" around going over the solid handle. It is ridged around the middle on the inside. Trying to measure the inside, it is smooth around about 1 1/2\" below the ridges and about 1 3/4\" above the ridge it is smooth. It has hand painted violets in purple, blue and pinkish with green leavesaround the pitcher. I do not know if the marks arestains on the inside or just from the colors that they used on the outside to give it the cream look.It is in Very Good Condition.
