This is a rare advertising knife made by Harrison Bros Howson of Sheffield, England. The handles are marked Compliments of Canadian Explosives Limited. Both blades have great snap and are marked, with the secondary blade bing marked Alpha on one side and Cutlery to His Majesty on the other. Thus, I would guess this dates to the reign of George V period of the 1910-1936.This would be great to use or add to any collection.
