This is a rare antique German charm depicting a scene from Old Heidelberg (German: Alt Heidelberg)
which is German romantic play by Wilhelm Meyer-Förster - first performed in 1901.The charm has a round shape and is in good antique condition with slight signs of wear due to age.
The reverse of the charm is hand-engraved with the old initials \"MH.”The charm measures 7/8\" (23 mm) across not counting the suspension bale.
Total length is 1 1/4\" - Weight is 4.8 grams. Charm ist hallmarked 800 on the back.
