The vintage Cloche has a black satin lining. The outside has a few condition issues, but it\'s still perfectly wearable. And rare!The straw has a couple of breaks here and there but nothing unusual for a hat of this era. The inside hat band is of black velvet. The hat is actually kind of tall about 4-5\". The inside measurement is 23\", which is large. Its a lovely hat.The label inside in gold is from The Charles William Store in New York---Great for a Downton Abbey affair.
