This sale is for 2 great vintage, if not antique pillow shams ~ perfect for the collector, decorators, crafters or the seamstress. This and other items we now have listed have been purchased at the recent rural Kansas estate sale. This listing:

2 pieces

both have been created from sheer and slightly stiff organdy fabric

both have been hand embroidered using silk or Glossilla embroidery floss

one has tinted work as well as the embroidery

the peach one measures 12 inches by 21 inches

the lavender one measures 8 1/2 inches by 12 1/2 inches

both are ready for you to insert a pillow form and stitch close ~ each one is open at one end

this type of shams were so popular during the early 1900s through the Flapper Era

surely dates to the very early 1900s

color shade is accurate on my monitor

perfect to use as was intended or perfect to use as a cutter in craft, decorating or sewing projects

straight from the sale ~ I have not laundered

no odors noted
