Up for offer is a lovely antique / vintage hand painted Westmoreland glass plate with Kittens.
It measures approximately 7 1/4\" in diameter. It has three dimensional kittens / cats and a lacy border painted in gold. The kittens are reverse painted in black, and the front is also hand painted with what looks like a water scene and a sail boat. Obvious paint loss in all these areas. Still a nice piece. The 1st kitten does look to have a small chip out of the front part of his ear.
