I can\'t say if these are real or reproductions.The button cover is worn as shown in the photo with the blouse with the cameo at the top (example only! the blouse and the pin on the blouse NOT FOR SALE). The cameo goes over a neck button. The second cameo and third, Sarah Coventry, has a pin and loop for a chain. You can wear this as a pin or necklace. What is nice is when you wear this as a necklace, you can pin this exactly where you want the cameo to stay, no worry of the cameo going in something if you lean over.
