Thick Etched looking Glass with round raised 3-D bubbles at the top. Glass is clean with no cracks. Has a flea bite (picture 9), that is not noticeable when hanging. I do not have the nut for the shade but they are easy to come by.

Leviton 660W - 250V 2-way lamp fixture. Looks to be in good working order but I have not tested it.
