You are buying a vintage early 1970\'s Art Deco gown with a hooded cloak. The 100% cotton ensemble has been altered to fit 5\' female in a size 9/10 with 2\" hem on the dress and 3.5\" hem on the cloak. This gown has an empire waist with dramatic open sleeves. The complete ensemble isframed by a black velvet band. The hem on the dress will need some partial tacking. In addition, this dress has a nice zipper that goes about half way down the back.

The cloak has a lined hood and is held by two velvet coveredbuttons. The fabric is in good condition and we would recommend that both the dress and cloak be dry cleaned before wearing.

This dress and cloak was purchased in the early 1970\'s from a high end boutique and the look when worn is very dramatic and will be appreciated. This material has a very nice hand.

Bust size approx. B/C cup size with zipper in the back

Shoulders are about 14.5 inches but might be a bit roomier

Cloak/Cape is Medium size w/length of 51 inches w/hem 3.5 inches and a 2 inch undertuck

Hood of Cloak is lined, dress and balance of cloak are unlined.
