Vintage Art Deco c 1930 Scottish agate bloodstone jewellery box & contents:

This is a lovely vintage Art Deco period circa 1930 jewellery box purchased from a recent sale of vintage jewellery in a Scottish sale house. The box has some costume jewellery pieces and two stamps left in the box, and the box has a lovely inlaid thistle head, made from what appears to be bloodstone possibly from the Isle of Rum on the west coast.The box is in good condition although the key is missing so it does not lock. There are a few costume jewellery pieces inside including a bracelet, pendant, thimble and tie or dress clip. The box is 15 x 11 7 cm in dimension.
