This gorgeous Art Nouveau pin dates to the turn of the century has a clasp that has been modified. The original C clasp would have been marked 14K and have the Krementz maker mark according to a duplicate pin that sold on on August 14, 2015. The C clasp has been replaced with a safety clasp. There is some enamel loss to the lower left petal and on the leaves that frame the pin. The enamel on the woman\'s face is in excellent condition. The darker areas on her hair are shadows - the hair is all gold as are all the places where there is no enamel. There is a diamond in the center of the Iris. The pin measures 1\" wide and 3/4\" high and weighs 3.7 gms. The detail of the face, head and hair continues from the front to the back side of the pin. This is an amazing example of Art Nouveau that will enhance your collection!
