Vintage Asian Bartender Waiter Decanter.(Made in Japan):

Vintage Asain Waiter/Bartender Decanter.
Made in Japan.
Roughly 8 inches tall.
The head is removable and the liquor can be poured in.
Then the liquor is poured out through the pitcher in his hand.
There is a spot (looks like a small hand print) below the bow tie on the left side. I do not know if it is part of the design or not.
No Cracks or Chips.
