This sale is for an adorable Vintage \"Avon\" goldtone Frog Lapel/Tie Pin. The Frog hassmall green Rhinestone eyes; and a great deal of attention has been taken inthe detailing of the Frog’s skin texture.It has the standard Tie Tac push pin closure that locks securelytogether. She/he measures approximately 1/2\" tall (notincluding the length of the push pin) x 1/2\" long (from the front feetto the back end of the fog’s body) x 5/8” wide at the Frog’s back feet (from leftto right). It is stamped \"© AVON\",on the underside of its body between the back legs/ankles. (If you use a magnifying glass- you will beable to see it very clearly).
This was worn a long time ago, but has been kept in asmall jewelry box for many years with my other Avon jewelry. It is in excellent condition. The details of the design are very crisp andunblemished. The gold tone finish is inexcellent condition.
Any glare, or light spots, that you see in the picturesare strictly caused by the reflections of light from the flash of mycamera. It comes from a smoke free home.
This wonderful re-creation of a sitting Frog would make awonderful addition to any jewelry collection, or, a great gift for someone who lovesamphibious animals and is a fan of vintage costumejewelry. (A box will be supplied for thisadorable little Frog tie-tac pin at the time of shipping.)
