Vintage Bakelite Type Plastic Snapit Finger Cover Plate Ivory Cream Rare:

Bakelite design ivory or cream colored finger plate for preventing stains or marks. Marked on back edge as a Snapit product. Circa 1950 and is in excellent condition. Some scuffing on the inside which does not affect the exterior appearance.

We don’t know if it’s Bakelite or just plastic but we do know it was in our parent’s house since the 1950’s. Apparently rare since we couldn’t readily locate any specific examples online.
