Excellent Condition for Vintage Barbie Doll!
NO GREEN EARS -- NO SWINGY ARMS NOR LEGS -- NO GREASY FACE
ORIGINAL HAIR -- MANICURE AND PEDICURE-- ALL IN EXCELLENT CONDITION
Legs are a slightly darker shade than face, torso and arms and feet. Assuming due to natural aging with passage of time.Please refer to photos for inspection.
Authentication markings are on right tushie area. #7 mark on left tushie indicates the mold used to make this doll. Apparently, the trademark R symbol is not raised above the Barbie name on dolls made from this mold number, based on pictures of others I have observed of those that were made from mold #7 and which I have seen put up for sale by other sellers here on . I have included a screen shot of one of the other such dolls sold recently by sellers unknown to me- to show that apparently many if not all the dollsmade from mold # 7have similar ID markings and, like my own childhood doll, are in fact genuine vintage Barbie dolls.

2. Please see photo for details. Personally, I think this makes Barbie dolls made marked with mold number 7 a unique offering as a collector\'s item.
Barbie is wearing her original Zebra strapless swimsuit, with black heels.Also included is the original included pair of white sunglasses with blue lens, although one of the temple arms is missing.
Several clothing items are authentic outfits from the included 1961 Barbie Catalogue and have the sewn in Barbie label. Please see photo for included items.
Clothing and Accessories are in generally excellent condition except as noted .

Possibly made from pattern #5 by my mother.Also included is a vintage newspaper article about Barbie Dolls and collections that appeared in theBirmingham News on July 17, 1994.
Now it is time for us to downsize and let someone new love this doll as much as I have.
