This is a Vintage Barbie outfit that was out from (1968-1969) and it is in EX-NM CONDITION AND IT IS COMPLETE. This outfit is as close to being mint, if it were not for a seamstress that made this outfit for Mattel. There are 3 minor issues, 1. The Coat looks and feels perfect, except when the seamstress sewn the sleeves on the jacket, on Barbies left arm, they should have straightened the material, while sewing on the sleeve, and made a mistake by letting the material buckle up, and caused a minor imperfection as you can see in the picture # 6. Also, it has a Perfect Tag & Belt Loops. 2. The Dress looks and feels perfect, but the seamstress sewing machine must have messed up while sewing the seam around the neckline in front, look at picture # 7, either the material had a issue, or the sewing machine had a issue with the thread, but you do not even notice it, when it is on a doll. 3, On one of the stockings, you know how the top stitching intertwines, well, one of the threads broke, but the other is still intact, so, nothing bad at all, the stocking will work perfectly. The spot you are seeing on the 9th picture, is on the leg form, not the stocking. This outfit comes with Orange Bow Shoes marked Japan, in exc, and a Orange Barbie Hanger. In Joe Blitman\'s Barbie Book, this outfit came with orange bow shoes, so that is what I have with it, but other books say Hot Pink. The Belt is all original and it is Perfect. The issues this outfit has is very minor, and the Jacket and Dress issues are from when it was made. I do not think this outfit has ever been put on a doll before I got it.YOU WILL BE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS HARD TO FIND OUTFIT.
