This is a vintage, non-Mattel tartan plaid skirt that will fit either Francie or Skipper. VERY well made (possibly handmade but looks otherwise) with pleats all around, fringe on the bottom, and a pin in front. Has a hook-and-eye closure on waist. Colors are red, blue and black. I had one of these in 1969! This really cute piece is in great condition, with no stains, damage or odors.
