Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Barbour Silver Co teapot and sugar bowl #2437 I purchased at an estate sale. They are in good vintage condition, with a lovely patina, though the sugar bowl is missing it\'s lid and has some minor dings/dents and imperfections to the finish, and the teapot does have a dent on one side, as well as a small dent on the bottom base, as well as some smaller dings and dents (I noted anything significant in the pictures). There is wear and tear consistent with age, use, and storage, as well as imperfections to the finish. The aged patina is particularly lovely on the teapot, and I will leave polishing up to the buyer, I suspect these would polish up very nicely, but as I enjoy aged patinas, I can\'t bear to polish it to a shine, myself. These would make lovely additions to any collection, and would make fine display pieces in any home or garden. Many people use vintage silverplated teapots and other pieces as interesting planters for succulents and other small plants, I\'ve also seen these used to make various birdhouses/bird feeders, as well as windchimes/yard art. These would also make lovely serving pieces for a garden tea party/luncheon. Please see all pictures for condition issues and dimensions.
