This is a pre-owned estate find bell. Bell looks like brass, has a strong clear pealing sound. Cast iron crest shape attaches to house or post with an eagle with wings spread on top.
There has been a string attached to the clapper at one time to move it back and forth. There is not string now. There is no hardware.
Bell measures 5 7/8\" diameter at larges part where it flares out at bottom. From top of eagle wings to bottom of bell approximately 7 inches.
