Vintage Betty Boop Porcelain Doll, Vandor #10960. Figurine is approx. 12 inches high.Shows some wear consistent with age/use/storage including paint wear, discoloration, scuffs, etc. The Velcro on the top of the dress needs to be re-attached on one side and a flower petal on the hat is folded over. No major wear/damage observed. May clean up, but I will leave that to the buyer. May have production flaws. See photos. She originally had a handbag, but I do not have it. Box and COA show some wear corner/edge/creases/cut/missing Styrofoam/etc.
