USED, no powder in this Vintage Betty Lou Gold tone confetti top / powder compact w/mirror with lambs wool applicator..The mirror has some stains on it and the mirror has come unglued from the inside of the compact... the Lamb Wool applicator is damaged at the front and this compact is old....the exterior is in very good condition and hardly no scratches on the bottom. The inside bottom does have a lot of scratches..Please look at all of the pictures..Thanks
