The pliers was manufactured by the Billings & Spencer Co. of Hartford, Conn. and is 9 1/2\" long. The pliers was patented March 12, 1901. There is a capital C on each side that may be an owner\'s mark. The pliers is worn with corrosion, scratches and chrome worn away in spots. See the photos for condition.
