Hello! Fresh from a nice old Maine estate is this wonderful,very clean SINGER FEATHERWEIGHT Model 221 Sewing Machine with a hard lockable case and 1 key, an original Singer Featherweight Instruction Guide, a new unopened container of Singer Sewing Machine Oil, the Bobbin Case(pictured),lots of needles, and a nice selection of attachments (pictured)! This machine is in very good - excellent working condition! The variable speed bakelite pedal is also in very good used condition and functions as it should. Based on the AG537*** serial number (pictured),this was manufactured in Elizabethport, New Jersey,U.S.A. in 1945. The gold trimmed black finish does show its age with wear and a few light scratches/blemishes from use and moving around however, it still displays a nice glossy sheen - considering it has been around for over 70 years! As with any machine of this nature, it should be oiled prior to every day use as it has been stored away for a few years. This will make an excellent addition to your quilting machine collection!
